”Himalayan breathwork is hands down some of the most transformative meditation practices I have done. Rhea is a clear, grounded, loving, knowledgeable guide and teacher, who not only shares the practices, but also the meaning, intention and wisdom behind them. She holds a powerful container to guide the body into transcendent states of clarity.
In 2019, I traveled to Rishikesh, India — the birthplace of yoga — to study under Himalayan masters and reconnect with my ancestral roots. There, on the banks of the Ganges in the Himalayan foothills, I earned my 200-hour certification in ancient Vedic Kriya and Kundalini Breathwork. In 2020, I deepened my training with an additional 100-hour Prenatal Kriya certification.
Kriya, meaning “action that leads to liberation,” is a powerful blend of breath, movement, and sound designed to clear energy channels, calm the nervous system, and connect us to higher consciousness. Unlike modern yoga’s focus on movement alone, Kriya works on the subtle body — detoxifying, awakening dormant energy, and aligning us with our dharmic path.
These ancient techniques have transformed my own life, leaving me feeling energetically clear, deeply connected to my soul, and grounded in purpose. Today, I share them to help others access the same inner stillness, vitality, and expansion.
